  • A typical full-scale master bathroom remodel will take between 8-10 weeks for construction. A full-scale remodel may include reworking the floor plan, removing/building walls, new shower and tub, vanity, countertops, tile flooring, mirrors, accessories, plumbing, and electrical.

  • Yes, we pull permits for all bathroom remodels. We manage the permit submission process and inspections for our projects. Permits will include building permit, structural permit (if any structural work is required), and electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits.

  • The biggest factors that impact the cost of your bathroom remodel are project scope and quality level of the finishes selected. Larger scope bathroom remodels will typically include removal of walls, full rework of the layout, heated floors, moving major plumbing, electrical, and ventilation. The level of selected finishes will also have an impact on the cost of your bathroom remodel such as ceramic tile ($$) vs. marble or natural stone tile ($$$$).

    During our design planning process, we’ll guide you through each decision point to ensure the scope and level of finishes match your expected investment.

  • A full-scale bathroom remodel including new tile shower, tub, glass shower doors, new plumbing fixtures, tile flooring, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, will typically range from $60-90k+. Most of the range of cost is due to the size and scope of the bathroom and desired level of finishes.
