The Story
After living in their 1959 home for more than 30 years, our clients were ready to refresh their space and move beyond a dated 1990s remodel. Inspired by the home’s mid-century roots and breathtaking view of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, we created a one-of-a-kind design that blends timeless warmth with modern sophistication.
The full first-floor renovation included the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, primary bathroom, powder room, and staircase. A thoughtful mix of warm woods, mixed metals, and soft sage green tones brought new life to the space, honoring the home’s character while making it feel fresh and modern.
Now beautifully transformed, this home is ready to be enjoyed for the next 30 years—and beyond.

"We did a major project with Massey Remodel—updating our kitchen, two bathrooms, hardwood floors, and more. James and Genessa were professional, fun to work with, and excellent communicators. We always knew the status of our project, and any concerns were addressed quickly. Genessa had amazing design ideas and really listened to what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them!"
