The Story
Our clients wanted to transform their small, cramped kitchen into a space that fit both their love of cooking and hosting. We removed the wall separating the kitchen and dining room to open up the space and make a large kitchen. Inspired by their mid-century modern home in University Place, we designed a unique two-toned kitchen featuring wood trim and a custom slatted wall that maintained sightlines to the dining and living areas.
A custom coffee bar with quartz shelves became a highlight, perfect for their morning espresso ritual. We finished the look with a copper backsplash and vintage touches like globe lights and a hanging teak cabinet, blending modern functionality with timeless character.
We also did their primary bathroom renovation.
