The Story
Our clients came to us with a dark, outdated 1970s kitchen that lacked both style and functionality. They envisioned a brighter, more open space with a modern touch. To achieve this, we removed a dividing wall to create an open-concept kitchen that feels spacious and inviting.
We transformed the space with sleek white cabinetry, striking black fixtures, and a timeless apron-front sink paired with a pull-down faucet for both style and practicality. The quartz countertops, combined with a handmade tile backsplash, add a sophisticated yet warm feel that ties the entire design together.
Beyond the kitchen, we refreshed the entire home by replacing all interior doors, installing rustic modern luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout, and giving the walls a fresh coat of paint. The result is a cohesive, modern, and welcoming space that beautifully balances style and comfort.

" We had a wonderful experience with Massey HS remodeling our kitchen and floors! Everything was so organized, and they were incredibly responsive to our questions. They accommodated all my add-ons and still finished ON TIME! Our dark, drab ’70s home is now bright and welcoming. Whether it’s a small job or a full renovation, you won’t regret choosing Massey Home Services. We’ll definitely be using James and his crew again!"
