After working with James and Genessa to remodel our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and replace all the flooring and paint in our house, we can't say enough good things about them!

They are personable and easy to work with. Honestly they feel like friends now. Which is exactly how you want it to be when investing in a large project like this.

They are communicative. They never failed to check in with us daily, and were always available to answer questions. I also never felt like we struggled with miscommunication. They were always clear and transparent in everything they did, and they consistently kept track of things that we ourselves had forgotten.

They have fantastic attention to detail. Genessa has an eye for beauty, and an intuition for form and function. In so many cases we didn't know exactly what we wanted, and in spite of that, what she produced was better than we could have hoped.

They only work with fantastic contractors, and are unafraid to hold them to a high bar. We couldn't believe how exactly the end result matched the renderings.

They are dedicated. They stuck with us to the end, working through any concerns no matter how small. Where others might turn their attention elsewhere once the big ticket items are complete, James and Genessa truly understand the importance of the little things.

Perhaps most importantly, they know how to create a schedule and stick to it. Our project was done exactly when they said it would be. (In fact, it may have even been done a little early.) And their cloud based planning tool made it easy to see what would happen, and when.

We would wholeheartedly recommend them to our friends (and we already have).
